Creamy Cucumber Salad

This bright cucumber salad pairs crisp cucumber slices with a tangy sour‑cream dressing flavored with lemon, dill and a hint of garlic. It’s perfect as a refreshing side for any summer meal.

EasyDifficulty

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds or half‑moons. Thinly slice the onion and set both vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic, sea salt and a pinch of black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture. Toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for a few minutes to let the flavors meld, then serve chilled.

Tips

For extra crunch, keep the cucumbers unpeeled. Adjust salt and pepper to taste before serving.
